Building a visa case means sharing details about your career, your work and your life. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who sees it and the choices you have.
Last updated October 18, 2026
The short version
We use your information to evaluate and prepare your case, and to run our business. We do not sell it.
Your case file is shared with your independent partner immigration attorney only with your consent.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time.
This policy applies to Einstein Visa Experts ("we", "us") and covers information we collect through this website, consultations and the services we provide, including profile building, evidence strategy, letter preparation and petition preparation. Petitions are reviewed, signed and filed by an independent licensed immigration attorney, who handles your information under their own professional and confidentiality obligations.
01
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly, information created while we work on your case, and limited technical information when you use our website.
Contact and inquiry details: your name, email address, phone number, field of work and anything you include when you book a consultation or write to us.
Professional and case information: your resume, publications, awards, press coverage, judging and membership records, salary and employment details, letters of support and other evidence you share to build your profile and petition.
Personal information needed for a petition: details such as your date of birth, citizenship, immigration history and identity documents, collected only when your case requires them.
Information about others: names and contact details of recommenders, experts, employers or agents you ask us to work with. Please share these only where you have a reasonable basis to do so.
Technical information: device and browser type, pages visited, referring pages and approximate location derived from your IP address.
02
How we use your information
We use your information to:
Respond to inquiries, schedule consultations and assess which visa path fits your record.
Plan and prepare your evidence, recommendation and expert letters, and petition materials.
Coordinate with your partner attorney, recommenders and petitioning employer or agent, when you ask us to.
Send service updates and, if you opt in, occasional articles and guidance. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Maintain, secure and improve our website and services.
Meet legal, accounting and record keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your case materials to advertise to you.
03
How we share information
We share information only as needed to deliver your service, and only with people who have a reason to see it.
With your partner attorney, with your consent
When your case moves to petition review and filing, we share your case file with your independent licensed immigration attorney after you agree to it. The attorney then holds that information under their own engagement terms and professional duties.
People you direct us to: your petitioning employer or agent, recommenders and expert letter writers, to the extent you ask us to involve them.
Service providers: companies that host our website, store files, send email, process payments or schedule meetings for us. They may use your information only to perform those services.
Legal requirements: when required by law, court order or a valid government request, or to protect our rights, our clients or others.
Business changes: if our business is reorganized, merged or sold, information may transfer as part of that transaction under protections at least as strong as this policy.

Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences and understand how visitors find and use our pages. We use analytics tools that report on aggregate behavior, such as which articles are read most, so we can improve our content.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Essential cookies help forms and scheduling work properly, so blocking them may affect parts of the site. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
05
Data retention
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected. Case materials are usually kept for the duration of our engagement and for a reasonable period afterward, because clients often return for extensions, a later green card petition or a response to a Request for Evidence.
Inquiry details from people who do not become clients are kept for a shorter period. When information is no longer needed, or when you ask us to delete it and no legal obligation requires us to keep it, we delete or anonymize it.
06
Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards suited to the sensitivity of immigration case files. These include encrypted connections, access limited to the people working on your case, secure file sharing in place of email attachments for sensitive documents, and reputable providers for storage.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If we learn of a security incident that affects your information, we will notify you as required by law and take steps to address it.
07
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights. We honor reasonable requests from all clients wherever we can.
Access
Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Correction
Ask us to fix information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
Deletion
Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep.
Opt out
Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message.
You can also withdraw consent you gave earlier, such as consent to share your file with your partner attorney, though this does not affect sharing that already took place. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.
08
Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. When a petition includes a client's spouse or children as dependents, we collect only the details needed for that purpose and only from the parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us information directly, please contact us and we will delete it.
09
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services, tools or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. If we make a material change to how we use or share your information, we will tell current clients directly before the change takes effect.
