Book a consultation
O-1 and EB-1 visa consultation

Book a consultation

A focused conversation about your work and the visa that fits it. You leave with a clear first read of where your record stands and what would make it stronger.

What the call covers

  1. 1
    Your goals and timeline
Where you are now, where you want to be, and any dates that matter.
  2. 2
    Which visa fits
    O-1A, O-1B, EB-1A, EB-1B or EB-2 NIW, and whether a two-step plan makes sense.
  3. 3
A first read of your evidence
How your record maps to the criteria today, and where it is strongest.
  4. 4
    Next steps
What to gather, what to build, and how we would work together if you go ahead.

What to prepare

Nothing needs to be polished. A rough list is enough for a useful first conversation.

  • Your current CV or resume
  • Links to press coverage, publications, talks or portfolio work
  • Any awards, judging roles or memberships you hold
  • Your current visa status and any key dates

Your information stays private. We use it only to prepare for your consultation, and we never share it without your consent. Read our privacy policy.

Pick a time

Choose a slot that suits you. A few short questions before you confirm help us come to the call prepared.

Prefer email? Write to us at hello@einsteinvisaexperts.com and we will pick up the conversation there.

About the call

Questions before you book

If something is not covered here, add it to the form and we will answer it on the call.

Is the consultation legal advice?

No. The call is a strategy conversation about your evidence and which visa fits your record. If you go ahead, your petition is reviewed, signed and filed by an independent licensed immigration attorney, who can advise you on legal questions directly.

Do I need to have awards or press already?

No. Many strong candidates come to us with substance that is not yet well documented. Part of the call is identifying what already counts under the criteria and what could be built with profile building.

What happens after the call?

We send a short summary of what we discussed, the visa path we would recommend, and the next steps. There is no obligation to continue, and you can take time to decide.
